Biography
Oliver Tirtho Sarkar is a lecturer in the Department of Environment and Development Studies, United International University. Prior to joining academia, he was engaged in the development and research sectors in national and international organizations. Particularly, he worked on development projects and social consultancy. He pursued his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Dhaka and majored in Development Studies. As a result, he has solid theoretical ground blended with empirical experience in the field of social science.
